What are the benefits/advantages in life working in a manufacturing environment in Beaver County? Upon graduating college finding stability in my life and career became a top priority for me.  Achieving a career in the manufacturing environment has given me the opportunity to provide myself and my family stability.

As manufacturing continues to grow and make a “come-back” in this country it gives me a sense of relief knowing that recent college and high school graduates are able to develop a long-term life plan.

A major advantage in working in the manufacturing industry is being able to have medical insurance and retirement benefits.  As a young adult it is important to be able to feel secure with your health and begin saving for your future.

Every day I continue to learn and expand upon my knowledge of the manufacturing industry and have the chance to witness innovative technology being implemented into the work force.
