In the role of Human Resources Director, I oversee Human Resources for 310 employees located throughout North America to include 5 manufacturing plants.
Human Resources involves being a strategic business partner and aligning with the Executive Management team to ensure viable people and business solutions are implemented to accomplish the overall organizational business strategy.
This role also serves as employee liaison with oversight of the following: Recruitment and Onboarding; Health and Welfare Benefits; Policy and Procedures; People Strategies; Talent Management; Employee Relations and more.
